This residential, commercial and cultural complex is located in one of the expansion areas of the city of Dubai. It is about creating a large building that houses more than 100 people, using a bioclimatic solution, adapted to the extreme climate of Dubai.

First, the traditional towers of the wind are taken as a reference, creating a large tower that catches the wind, and cools it in an underground level, aided by a series of surface pools of water that cool the environment. This air is introduced into the homes, creating greater thermal comfort. The houses are designed taking Arab palace as a reference, with the rooms around the central space.

The facade consists of an Arab lattice of the Alhambra, with a ceramic material with water inside, decreasing the air temperature. Vegetation and water also allow purifying and cooling the air in homes and common areas. Two large ships are preserved on the plot, using one of them as a shopping center and another as a navigation museum.
